Collection: Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with a product you received, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, under the following conditions:


1. Product dissatisfaction

Timeframe: Within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.

Conditions: The product must show no signs of use. For watches, the strap must not have been adjusted (no links removed).

Packaging: The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging (including the shipping package and label).

Non-compliance: No refund or exchange will be issued.


2. Defective product

Timeframe: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt.

Important: If the defect is visible (broken glass, scratches, missing parts), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the received parcel.

After 24h: It will be assumed that the defect is due to misuse.


3. First step: contact our Customer Service

No return or exchange will be processed without first contacting our team.

Our team will guide you through the return procedure.


4. Inspection and options

Once the returned parcel is received, our team will inspect it for compliance.

If approved, you may choose:
a) An exchange for another item in stock
b) A refund of the amount paid for the product


5. 30-day warranty

Valid from the date of receipt.

To use the warranty, you must send a video (max. 1 minute) clearly showing the issue, with the shipping package and label visible.

Alternatively: clear photos with the packaging visible.


6. Warranty limitations

Not covered:
a) Cosmetic damage after purchase (e.g. cracked or scratched screen)
b) Damage caused by liquids or immersion (even for water-resistant products)
c) Damage due to repair or modification by third parties
d) Misuse of accessories
e) Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, battery degradation)
f) Stress tests (glass, water)


7. No technical service

Averley does not provide technical support or authorised after-sales service.
